My Story

I have owned and managed multiple forms of business and real estate is by far my favorite.  There is nothing that can compare to the feeling you get when see the smile on someone's face after they have purchased their new home.  I will work tirelessly to get that response from people because is something money can't buy.  I have jumped up and down with buyers when they find out their offer has been accepted.  I have been moved to tears as buyers have cried upon getting the news their offer was accepted in difficult markets where they felt like they might never be able to buy a home.  I have made phone calls to all the people in my network who might "know someone" when selling that needle-in-a-haystack property as well as utilized my 17 years in marketing to make those hard-to-sell properties move. 


My favorite success story?  It is a property I sold in 11 months.  Why is that a success story?  The property was a very specific property for a very specific type of buyer.  The ideal buyer would be the kind of person that most of us only know 1 or 2 of and what is the chance those couple of people are looking to buy at that time?  The property had originally been listed by an agent for 2 years and produced not a single showing.  Frustrated, the sellers left that agent and asked me to list the property.  Through word of mouth and various marketing mediums, including over 20,000 views on social media, I was able to find a buyer who lived roughly 2 hours away and worked on the other side of the country.  It took me 11 months to do what another very successful agent had been unable to do in 2 years.  Furthermore, I had been able to produce at least 6 good prospects in those 11 months when the other agent had produced 0 in 2 years.  These are the lengths I will go to in order to achieve success for my clients because my success is not possible without your success.
